Move-In Concierge / Utility Setup Assistance

$75

Starting fresh in a new place? We help you get set up — utility setup guidance, portal onboarding, move-in coordination, and resident setup support so day one goes smoothly.

Lockout Coordination

$45

Locked out? We coordinate the response — intake, dispatch, and follow-up. Our team handles the coordination so you are not left waiting.

Note: Vendor or locksmith charges are separate from the coordination fee.

Cleaning / Move-Out Coordination

15% coordination fee ($50 minimum)

Need cleaning or move-out services coordinated? We schedule the vendor, handle communication, and follow up on completion so your move-out goes smoothly.

All maintenance requests should be submitted through your secure resident portal. Once submitted, our team reviews your request and coordinates with trusted, vetted vendors to get the issue resolved promptly.

Our team reviews your request, contacts an approved vendor, and schedules the repair at a time that works for you.

The vendor completes the work, and we follow up to make sure everything was handled to your satisfaction.
