Includes rent collection, owner/tenant communication, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and monthly reporting.
Premium Full-Service Property Management
15% of collected monthly rent
Higher-touch support including internal lead handling, onsite representation, and strategic guidance for owners who want a hands-on partner.
Management fees are calculated on collected rent, not invoiced rent.
