We work with four kinds of partners in Allegany County and the Baltimore area. Pick the one that fits you. Every partner relationship runs on written terms, agreed before any work or pay.

FOR LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENTS

Realtor Referral Program

Refer rental owners and leasing business to us and earn referral pay under the program terms. Every agent starts as a Referral Partner, and tiers grow with the units you bring.

FOR LOCAL AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS

Field Partners

Handle showings, move-in and move-out inspections, vendor meets, drive-by checks and urgent visits at the homes we manage. Independent work, paid for each completed task under a written agreement.

FOR TRADES AND SERVICE COMPANIES

Vendors and Contractors

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, handyman, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, turnovers and inspections. Approved vendors get work orders in their trade and area.

If a client owns a Maryland rental and needs a manager, send them to us. We offer them a free rental analysis and let you know once we have reached them.

Do I need a real estate license?

For the Realtor Referral Program, yes. For vendor work, you need whatever licenses your trade requires. Field partners do not all need a license, but some tasks, such as showing homes to renters, may require one. Anyone can refer an owner through the owner referral form.

Yes. An agent can refer owners and also take field tasks, for example. Apply for each program you want.

Which areas do you need partners in?

Cumberland and the rest of Allegany County first, then Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County.
