Three ways to work with us. Pick the one that fits and we will take it from there.
Property Owners and Investors
Apply to have your property managed by EPG. We review your property and goals, confirm we are a fit, and send you a written management plan before anything is signed.
Prospective Tenants
Pre-qualify before a showing. A short form tells us what you are looking for, so we only show you places that actually fit. It takes about two minutes.
Vendors and Contractors
Join our vendor network. Tell us your trade, coverage area, and licensing, and we will walk you through what it takes to get approved for work orders.

If you would rather ask questions before filling anything out, book a short call. We have separate calls for owners, realtors, and vendors so you reach the right person instead of a general inbox.
After you send your form
Property owners. You complete the owner application, choose the service that fits your property, and sign the Agent Agreement. EPG begins operational work only after that agreement is fully executed, so submitting the application on its own does not start active management. If you are still deciding, Owner Resources covers what the property should rent for and the compliance that applies to it.
Prospective tenants. Pre-qualifying takes about two minutes. We apply the same rental criteria to every applicant, and all lawful sources of income are treated equally, including housing vouchers and subsidies. Our Fair Housing Statement has the detail.
Vendors and contractors. Our team reviews your trade, service area, and business profile, then verifies your compliance documents, generally a current W-9, a certificate of insurance, workers compensation documentation where applicable, and any required trade licenses. Submitting the form does not authorize work. EPG authorizes work only through a written work order or dispatch.
