Referral Partner
Best For: Agents who want a simple, low-commitment referral relationship with no ongoing obligations.
Qualification: 0–2 managed units added or occasional leasing referrals
Compensation: 50% of first month’s rent when EPG handles the leasing workflow; 100% when the partner conducts showings; one-time owner referral compensation per approved schedule
Field Service: None required
Admin Benefit: Access to standard paid admin services at published rates
Growth Partner
Best For: Agents bringing repeat business who are open to light local support when needed.
Qualification: 3–9 managed units added, onboarding completion, and good standing
Compensation: 10% of collected management fees on qualifying partner-sourced accounts during the initial 12-month compensation period
Field Service: Limited approved local support as needed (drive-bys, vendor access, inspections)
Admin Benefit: Preferred access to EPG admin services; discounted support packages may be offered
Portfolio Partner
Best For: Agents actively helping EPG grow a meaningful portfolio with consistent reliability.
Qualification: 10–24 managed units added, sustained responsiveness, and documentation quality
Compensation: 15% of collected management fees on qualifying partner-sourced accounts during the initial 12-month compensation period. Optional renewal share subject to written approval.
Field Service: Active approved local support capacity expected
Admin Benefit: Priority support access, preferred pricing on back-office services, stronger co-branding and collaboration
Best For: Top-tier strategic partners who materially grow EPG in a market and want infrastructure, not just a payout.
Qualification: 25+ managed units added or strategic-market exception approved by leadership
Compensation: 20% of collected management fees on qualifying partner-sourced accounts during the initial 12-month compensation period. Optional ongoing renewal share by written approval.
Field Service: Reliable approved local support capacity expected
Admin Benefit: Core admin services included at no added monthly fee (valued at up to $2,250/month)

Market Partners receive EPG’s core admin support bundle included in the relationship at no additional monthly fee — a package valued at up to $2,250/month. This is one of the program’s primary differentiators.

Tier advancement considers managed units added, owner relationships developed, onboarding completion, response times, communication quality, field task support, and continued good standing. Leadership reviews active upper-tier partners at least quarterly.
Tiers can move up, hold, or be revised based on strategic value, compliance, and service quality. Recurring compensation applies only to qualifying partner-sourced accounts that remain active and in good standing.
