Partner Resources
For licensed real estate professionals working with Eastern Properties Group, and for anyone deciding whether to.
How partnering actually works
You refer an owner, we manage the property, and you keep the client relationship. When that client buys again, you are still the one they call. The tiers, the compensation and the referral fee are all published rather than negotiated case by case.
- Realtor Partner Program has the full tier ladder, the compensation structure and the referral fee terms.
- Become a Partner is the signup. Signing up starts you at Referral Partner, and you do not pick your own tier.
- Partner Directory lists the agents working with us. Every partner can have a profile there.
What to send us, and what happens next
The faster we can tell an owner whether we are a fit, the less of your time it costs. These are the details that let us answer on the first call rather than the third.
- The property address, including the city or town and the county. Local licensing depends on the jurisdiction, not just the state.
- Roughly when it was built. Pre-1978 brings Maryland lead paint requirements into play.
- Whether it is vacant or occupied, and the current rent if there is a tenant in place.
- What the owner is trying to do, whether that is full management, leasing only, or just a rental analysis.
You can also send them straight to the owner application, or have them request a free rental analysis from Owner Resources. Either way you stay on the record as the referring agent.
The two clocks that catch owners out
Maryland’s lead rental registration and local rental licensing are separate requirements with separate deadlines, and an owner who has only handled sales usually does not know that. Rental Registration and Lead Paint Compliance covers both, and it is a fair page to send to a client who wants to understand what they are taking on.
Back-office support is a paid service, open to anyone
EPG’s administrative support is available to any real estate professional whether or not you join the program. What partnership changes is what you pay for it. The service is described on Real Estate Professionals and the rates are on the pricing page.
