What happens next
- We review your answers within 1 to 2 business days.
- If you meet the basic criteria, we contact you about homes that fit.
- We schedule a showing.
- After the showing, each adult 18 or older completes the full rental application. There is a $25 application fee per adult, paid to Eastern Properties Group by card when the application is submitted, plus the TransUnion screening reports, which you pay to TransUnion. We do not accept screening reports bought elsewhere.

No. This is a pre-screening step only. It does not guarantee a showing, approval or a lease. If you meet the basic criteria, we contact you about next steps.
Gross household income of about three times the monthly rent. For a $900 rent, that is about $2,700 a month before taxes. Housing assistance and vouchers count as income. If a voucher pays part of the rent, we measure your income against the part you pay.
Pets are considered case by case at every home we manage. A pet deposit or fee may apply. Tell us about your pets in the form. Assistance animals are not pets and are handled under Fair Housing rules.
