Field Partner Application
Field partners handle on-site work at the homes we manage: showings, move-in and move-out inspections, vendor meets, drive-by checks and urgent visits. We are recruiting in Allegany County and the Baltimore area. You work as an independent contractor and are paid for each completed task under a written agreement.

What happens next
- We review your application and call you.
- We go over the tasks, the standards and the pay for each task.
- You sign the Field Partner Agreement before you take any task.

Common questions
Not for every task. Some tasks, such as showing homes to renters, may require a Maryland real estate license. Tell us if you have one and we will match tasks to what you are allowed to do.
Per completed and documented task, at the rates set in the Field Partner Agreement. We go over the rates on our first call.
No. It is independent contractor work. You use your own vehicle, phone and tools, and you choose which tasks to accept.
