Eastern Properties Group was built from real ownership experience. It was not built from a theory. Our founder bought rental property intending to hire outside management, only to run into the kinds of problems owners fear most: misrepresentation, missing funds, and a breakdown of trust. That experience led us to bring management in-house and build the kind of company we wished we had found from the beginning, one grounded in accountability, documentation, and clear standards. As those systems proved themselves in our own portfolio, other owners began asking us to manage their properties too. That is how Eastern Properties Group grew into a residential property management company focused on protecting both properties and the people who own them.

Today, Eastern Properties Group operates from Cumberland, Maryland, serving residential rental owners in Allegany County, Hancock in Washington County, and the Baltimore area, including Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County. We combine local market presence with centralized systems, documented procedures, and a consistent owner experience across the markets we serve. Our work is for owners who want more than basic rent collection.
