How much do smart home add-ons cost?

These are quoted per unit rather than priced on a list, because it depends on the property and the upgrade. Our pricing page lists Smart Home and Resident Convenience Add-Ons as a custom quote.

Can I install my own smart lock?

Ask us first. Changes to locks and fixed equipment usually need owner approval, and we can tell you what is possible for your unit.

Do I keep the equipment when I move out?

That depends on what is agreed in the quote, so it is worth asking before the work goes ahead.
