Condition at move-out is documented through a move-out inspection, which is a separate service on the owner side of the relationship.

Move-out questions

What does cleaning and move-out coordination cost?

Cleaning and Move-Out Coordination is charged at 15% with a $50 minimum, on top of the vendor’s own charge. It is listed under Tenant Services on our pricing page.

Do I have to use EPG's vendor?

No. This is an optional coordination service. You are welcome to arrange your own cleaning.

When should I ask for it?

As early as you can once you know your move-out date, so there is room to schedule a vendor.
