Before you start
Time: About 5 minutes.
- Your monthly household income before taxes
- Your rent budget and when you want to move
- How many people will live in the home, and any pets
- Your rental history
What happens next
- We review your answers within 1 to 2 business days.
- If you meet the basic criteria, we contact you about homes that fit.
- We schedule a showing.
- After the showing, each adult completes a full rental application and standard screening.

No. This is a pre-screening step only. It does not guarantee a showing, approval or a lease. If you meet the basic criteria, we contact you about next steps.
We generally look for gross household income of 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent. For a $900 rent, that is at least $2,250 a month before taxes.
It depends on the property. Tell us about your pets in the form and we will point you to homes that accept them. A pet deposit or fee may apply.
We can add you to our waitlist, and if we cannot help, we can point you to other housing options.
