How to Pay Rent

Rent is paid online through the secure payment link in your monthly rent invoice email. There is no portal and no login.

Rent is due on the 1st and is late after the 5th. Late fees are set by your lease. Only pay through the link in an invoice from Eastern Properties Group. If anyone asks you to pay rent another way, call us before you send money.

Pay in three steps

Open the rent invoice email from Eastern Properties Group. It arrives at the start of each month.
Select the payment link in the invoice.
Pay on the secure Stripe checkout page and keep your receipt.

Having trouble paying?

Call us before the 5th at (240) 902-5767. It is easier to work something out before rent is late.
If you receive housing assistance, the program pays its share directly to us. You pay your portion.

Common questions

When is rent due?

On the 1st of each month. It is late after the 5th.

Is there a tenant portal?

No. Rent invoices, payments and maintenance requests all run through email and this website. You never need a login. To report a repair, use the maintenance request form.

What if I cannot pay the full amount?

Call us before the 5th. Payment plans are possible in some situations.
