Before you start
Time: 10 to 15 minutes.
- Legal owner name, or the LLC or trust that owns the property
- Names of everyone who signs for the owner
- Units, bedrooms, bathrooms and year built
- The current lease and rent, if the property is occupied
- Your insurance details
- Lead paint registration and any local rental license, if the property has them
What happens next
- We review your application and contact you to confirm the plan and any add-ons.
- We send you the management agreement to review and sign.
- Management starts once the agreement is signed. Sending this form does not start management by itself.

Common questions
Most owners choose Standard Full-Service at 10% of collected rent ($125 per unit monthly minimum). Owner Assist at 6% ($75 minimum) suits owners who want to stay hands-on. Premium Investor at 15% ($175 minimum) adds local representation for remote and portfolio owners. Compare them on the pricing page.
There is a one-time owner account fee of $150 per owner, not per property. It is currently discounted to $75.
