Agents partnering with EPG
Dan came to real estate from an unusually practical direction. He is a certified home inspector, which means he reads a property the way an inspector does before he reads it the way an agent does, and he has invested in real estate himself, so valuation and holding costs are familiar ground rather than theory.
Before real estate he served in the United States Marine Corps and then in law enforcement. He also serves as president of Canine Overwatch, a non-profit he leads outside his real estate work.
Why agents partner with us
An agent who sells a client a rental property does not have to walk away from the relationship, and does not have to become a property manager to keep it. We manage the property, the agent keeps the client, and when that client buys again the agent is still the one they call.
