These are the services this website actually uses. We checked the site to write this list rather than working from a template.
We use what you send us to do the thing you asked for
- Answer the question you asked us.
- Assess an application, an enquiry or a property, when you have sent us one.
- Manage properties and communicate with owners, residents, vendors and partners.
- Keep the records a property manager is expected to keep.
We do not sell your personal information, and there is no advertising pixel on this site.
Ask us what we hold, or ask us to delete it
Email [email protected] and tell us what you are asking for. We will tell you what we have and what we can do about it. If a request is one we are legally required to refuse, for example where we have to keep a record, we will say so and explain why.
Retention periods and formal data rights are exactly what our attorney is reviewing, so this notice does not state them yet. That review is why this page says interim.
